The Òkun Residence

Occupying the entire upper duplex of a boutique eight-unit development, The Òkun Residence is among the very few homes on Banana Island offering both direct lagoon frontage and private berthing for two vessels.

The layout was conceived by a Lagos-based architectural practice with a brief to maximise light and water views from every principal room. Floor-to-ceiling glazing wraps the living and dining pavilion, opening onto a 40-metre wraparound terrace and infinity-edge pool.

Five en-suite bedrooms are arranged across two levels, with the primary suite occupying its own private wing complete with dressing room, study, and a terrace overlooking the marina.
